What We Do
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing mentoring and guidance to detainees in the jail and prison systems through culinary, fine arts and life skills training while reinforcing the value of work and personal responsibility. We operate an active educational program five days per week in the Cook County Jail (Illinois, USA) and we are working toward the goal of establishing a community based program offering support and continued training for recently released detainees.
