The Recipe for Change Food Truck is where our mission meets the streets of Chicago. Staffed by alumni of our culinary program at Cook County Jail, the truck serves Roman-style pizza, toasted paninis, and Italian sodas — all prepared with the same care and quality our students learn inside.
