What to Expect
Our tours are invitation-based experiences designed for donors, corporate partners, civic leaders, and anyone who wants to see the impact of RFC firsthand. Each tour lasts approximately 75 to 90 minutes.
A guided tour of our culinary kitchens, art studio, & music production space at Cook County Jail's Division 11.
A meal prepared and served by our current students — handmade pizza, fresh pasta, and more.
Short presentations from students sharing their experience in the program.
A conversation with Chef Bruno Abate about RFC's mission, history, and vision.
An invitation to support RFC through donations, sponsorships, or partnerships.

*Tours operate in partnership with the Cook County Sheriff's Office. All guests go through standard security screening. Detailed logistics are shared in a pre-visit email one week before the tour.
